Patient Access Specialist II

University of Rochester

The University of Rochester is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative II at Strong Memorial Hospital. In this role, you will manage a large volume of inquiries, provide patient registration and scheduling support, and ensure the appropriate use of Electronic Medical Records. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
