Our goal is to deliver great scratch kitchen fare, great guest experiences, build great relationships, and offer a chance to grow with us. Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include: Train, coach, and direct team - strive for excellence Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable - integrity is essential Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail Focus with the team on creating unforgettable guest experiences every time Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment Tightly manage portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep list completion, and waste controls Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications Include: 2 plus years of experience in a like role Knowledge of COGs management and financials Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality Restaurant Kitchen Manager Benefits: Attainable Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision Paid Vacations PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
