Speech Language Pathologist - SLP
Discover New Frontiers in Communication in the Dynamic City of Dallas – Become a Speech Language Pathologist with Us
What if your next career journey could literally give a voice to those in need? As a Speech Language Pathologist in the thriving metropolis of Dallas, you will have the chance to do more than simply address communication and swallowing disorders. You will unleash potential, rebuild confidence, and foster connections — nurturing toddlers as they articulate their first words to empowering seniors who wish to regain their independence.
This opportunity invites you to work with a diverse clientele across all ages in a practice that seamlessly integrates outpatient therapy with periodic inpatient care. Whether you're enthusiastic about pediatric language milestones, adult neurogenic communication issues, or geriatric cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, you will find both satisfaction and flexibility in this role.
Assess patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics through standardized assessments and keen observational techniques.
Create individualized treatment plans tailored to address both immediate and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.
Deliver personalized one-on-one speech therapy interventions focused on aspects such as language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing.
Collaborate with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to cultivate comprehensive care plans.
Provide patient and family education designed to facilitate progress beyond clinical settings.
Assist with occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure a consistent care journey.
Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly, in compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
Engage in ongoing education and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of advancements in the field.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for all age groups, alongside a robust understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal skills facilitating effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to tailor therapy methods to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic needs.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Competence in electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols.
Competitive salary reflective of experience.
Flexible scheduling options promote work-life balance along with a diverse patient load.
Opportunities for specialization in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
Paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance packages available.
Support for professional development and ongoing education reimbursement.
Team-centric environment emphasizing quality care and continual learning.
A Career That Evolves with You — and Inspires You
As part of this team, you will not only be delivering speech therapy — you will be part of a mission-oriented community dedicated to restoring voices, enhancing communication, and crafting moments of joy through the essential human interactions of understanding and being understood.
Here, you will collaborate with clinicians who support one another like family, within a culture that values teamwork over competition. Every patient has a narrative, and we trust you to help narrate their journey.

Culinary aficionados delight in a gastronomic landscape that ranges from mouthwatering barbecue joints to exquisite fine dining.
The creative pulse of Dallas resonates in its colorful art districts, the live music sounds emanating from bustling venues, and the collective spirit felt at cultural gatherings. Who We Aim to Attract
We are in search of a Speech Language Pathologist who is motivated not just by results, but by a sincere compassion for those they serve. Someone who observes a quiet child and envisions a future filled with self-expression; who hears the uncertain words of a stroke survivor and interprets that with a sense of empowerment.
You might be a pediatric expert seeking to broaden your practice to encompass adult therapies, or perhaps you're a professional with a neuro-specific focus wanting to delve into early intervention.
If you are ready to provide service with genuine heart and lead with expert skills, we are eager to welcome you.
Let's Craft the Right Narrative Together
If you believe that speech transcends mere sounds, and that therapy is about much more than simply tasks — if you value establishing trust before pursuing goals, appreciating laughter as much as linguistic progress — this could very well be the next meaningful chapter in your professional journey.
Join us in a supportive community that celebrates communication, connection, and the brave steps towards renewed expression. Apply today to lend your voice to our team — and empower others to find theirs.
