What You'll Do

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms to ensure pristine conditions
• Manage heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or large supplies with proper manual handling techniques
• Maintain cleanliness standards by following hotel housekeeping management procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Use specialized cleaning equipment for industrial cleaning tasks and floor care to preserve the hotel’s aesthetic appeal
• Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
• Expertise in floor cleaning, care, and maintenance using various cleaning equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of chemical agent handling, sanitation practices, and safety data sheets (SDS) compliance
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving supplies or furniture
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond effectively in urgent situations
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
