About the Role

Jump in and keep things moving! As a server, you are the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet customers, get slices in and out of the finishing ovens, mix salads, take pick-up orders by phone and at the counter, and ring folks up at the register.

You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

No experience required, though previous server or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Job Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
• Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers.

Counter Server Scheduling

East Side is open Sunday-Thursday 11AM-Midnight and Friday-Saturday 11AM-2:30AM. Typical server shifts include lunch (10am-5pm), weekday dinner (5pm-1:30am), weekend dinner (4pm-10pm), and weekend late night (5/10pm-4am). 

One late night shift per week is required; late night shifts are Friday or Saturday from 5pm or 10pm until 4am.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. We'll need you in the mix!
