Organizational Change Management Specialist and Lead positions Intellezy accepts applications for these positions on a rolling basis. Intellezy is looking for Change Management Specialists and Change Management Leads who will support large-scale technology implementations by connecting businessprocess improvements with organizational change management tactics. Ideal candidates will engage with business stakeholders to analyze, refine, and document or update key business processes while ensuring smooth adoption through effective change management strategies. The primary focus is to ensure all required processes are documented by business units, and KPIs are identified. These flows will document in detail the expected business processes and will be confirmed with the business stakeholders. This will also require developing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to the new processes with the stakeholders who are involved in it. Position Responsibilities Apply PROSCI and other structured change management methodologies to design and execute tailored change strategies and plans. Strong understanding of IT concepts and the ability to partner effectively with technical professionals. Background in training or instructional design preferred — the ability to create concise, user-friendly learning and support materials. Engage with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes impacted by the Project. Develop and maintain business process documentation, including step-by-step procedures, and system interactions. Ensure all process documentation aligns with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements in partnership with the business. Provide recommendations for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and user experience. Facilitate change adoption by identifying business impact areas, communicating changes effectively, and helping teams transition to new workflows. Document end-to-end process workflows using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, ARIS) and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with business units to define KPIs that measure process performance and adoption success. Work with change management and project teams to develop communications, training materials, and readiness assessments that drive user adoption. Translating complex processes into clear documentation for end users and stakeholders. Support business leaders in decision-making by providing clear insights into process impacts and opportunities for improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process documentation aligns with enterprise standards and compliance requirements. Skills and Qualifications Business & Change Management Skills and Qualifications Experience facilitating business process changes and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels. Change analytics and stakeholder analysis and familiarity with change metrics a must. Ability to translate technical processes into user-friendly documentation and change communication. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect process changes to business outcomes. Proven ability to drive process adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication, and training support. Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills—comfortable working with business teams, project managers, and leadership. Technical Skills and Qualifications Experience documenting Level 3 business processes using tools like Visio, Lucid chart, or ARIS. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for process optimization. Familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint or Confluence. Ability to use Excel and Power BI. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Experience working within agile project delivery environments. Experience working with or in a utility organization preferred . Desired Skills Strong experience with process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative process improvement. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of change management experience, preferably within technology or IT environments. PROSCI Certification (required); Project or Program Management certification preferred.
