A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER As a Fast-Food Restaurant Assistant Manager, you provide vital assistance to your team and keep our establishment running smoothly. Under the direction of the general manager, you perform duties that help your restaurant meet all assigned goals. You help maintain a positive and productive work environment where employees feel great and are motivated to do their best. Every day, you oversee the day-to-day operations as we serve customers our tasty chicken. When needed, you train your staff on our company's processes and coach them on how to provide fantastic customer service. You are always available to answer staff questions and lend a helping hand.
