Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Prime Healthcare (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Prime Healthcare (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Flu shot is strongly recommended.

Rotating weekends and holidays and on-call.

On call requirement as follows: one night every 2 weeks one weekend every 6 weeks work day hours may extend dependent on case load

All OR agency required to take call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
