Farmers Insurance - Northwest District is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to manage, launch, and scale agency operations. Our comprehensive training program is ranked as the best corporate training programs in the industry and the 4th overall in the world, as named by Training Magazine.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong retention, and successful renewal outcomes.
• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and full compliance with Farmers policies and industry standards.
• Establish clear performance goals, monitor key metrics, and execute strategies that consistently achieve and exceed agency growth targets.
• Recruit and develop team members to build a high‑performing, growth‑focused agency team.
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence and drive new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Active or ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life Health licenses (fully paid by Farmers)
• Flexibility to open and scale your agency anywhere in the state of Illinois
• Proven background in sales, leadership, or small-team management
• Proven financial stability with the capital required to invest in and scale a start-up business enterprise
• Strategic leadership mindset with focus on long-term career growth
