Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 yearly + growth incentive bonuses Responsibilities: What You Will Do Support all phases of complex litigation, from investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda with increasing responsibility Assist in preparing for and taking depositions of fact witnesses and experts Participate in case-strategy discussions and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff Who Thrives Here Attorneys with 3+ years of civil litigation experience Attorneys who value mentorship, feedback, and continuous improvement Lawyers who take pride in high-quality writing, preparation, and professionalism Team-oriented professionals motivated by purpose-driven work and long-term career development Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active, good-standing member of the California State Bar Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience , preferably in civil litigation Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Clear, professional communication style and commitment to client service Desire to grow within a sophisticated, trial-focused practice About Company At Madeksho Law, we advocate for and protect working individuals and their families.
