How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Coordinate patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling.
  • Assist management in establishing and implementing goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensures sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, staffing levels, quality measures, and/or regulatory compliance.
What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,

      if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Strong Epic scheduling, template builder, in basket knowledge and experience
  • Excellent Customer Service phone and in person skills
