Safety Specialist

Role: The Safety Specialist applies scientific and practical safety knowledge to design, innovate, and improve systems, processes, equipment, and tools to enhance safety performance. Responsibilities include: Leading safety improvement projects Proactively cycling PDCA to reduce hazards Supporting safety culture development Interpreting and applying safety policies Conducting risk assessments and ergonomic studies Analyzing safety data for reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience. Skills required: Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and prioritization skills Knowledge of safety regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work in manufacturing and office environments Additional info: Open to varying shifts, minimal travel, and capable of performing production line work.
