Job OverviewA law firm seeks an Energy Transactions and Projects Associate or Counsel in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will join a leading renewable energy and infrastructure practice, bringing significant transactional experience.DutiesEngage in project development and finance transactions.Handle infrastructure projects, including energy and non-energy sectors.Work on conventional and renewable energy projects.Participate in tax equity and PPP transactions.Contribute to downstream project initiatives.Requirements2-6 years or 8+ years of relevant experience.Experience in project development or project finance preferred.Familiarity with power, digital infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree required.CertificationsBar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.SkillsStrong transactional and negotiation skills.Ability to manage complex projects effectively.Excellent communication and analytical abilities.BenefitsComprehensive health insurance.Retirement savings plan.Professional development opportunities.This is general practice firm and one of the largest law firms in Texas.
