Customer Care Associate

Job Details: Job Location: Main - HOUMA, LA 70360, Position Type: 40 Hours Per Week, Education Level: High School Degree / Equivalent, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM What You'll Do Welcome customers and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Guide customers to the appropriate lender or team member based on their needs. Answer incoming phone calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance. Maintain an inviting customer environment, including keeping the coffee station, refreshment area, and lobby stocked, organized, and customer-ready. Follow up with customers after branch visits when appropriate to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers with routine account service requests. Help customers with online banking enrollment, debit card services, and check orders. Escort customers to the safe deposit box area when needed. Support branch staff in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Serve as an ambassador for Synergy Bank's commitment to personalized service. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
