Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations Advanced customer service skills Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Desired Qualifications Universal EPA Certification 4+ years of HVAC service experience Insurable driving record Service Titan experience a plus Own set of tools If you're a skilled technician who wants a stable, rewarding career with a company that invests in you and respects your time, we'd love to talk.
