Locally Owned Allstate Agency – Monroe, WA

Join a successful, growing, locally owned Allstate agency that invests heavily in leads, marketing, technology, training, and our people.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive salesperson who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering needs, and closing business. Whether you're an experienced insurance producer looking for greater earning potential or a successful salesperson looking for a new career opportunity, we'd like to talk with you.

You won't be expected to build your pipeline from scratch. We provide internet leads, inbound opportunities, live transfers, existing-customer opportunities, and agency marketing campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$100,000+ expected annual compensation
• $41,600 base salary
• $200/month health stipend
• Uncapped monthly commissions and performance bonuses

Our compensation plan rewards performance and has no cap on monthly commissions.

Average producer performance: approximately $70,000+ annually
Strong producer performance: approximately $95,000–$115,000+ annually

Earnings vary based on individual sales production, product mix, and agency performance.

What You'll Do

• Work agency-provided inbound, internet, and existing-customer opportunities
• Prospect and follow up with potential customers by phone
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and other insurance products
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through consistent follow-up
• Cross-sell existing customer households and identify additional coverage needs
• Develop referrals and meet measurable monthly sales goals

This is a high-activity, phone-based sales position. Successful producers are comfortable spending much of their day talking with customers, working leads, following up, quoting, and closing business.

Who We're Looking For

Insurance experience is a plus, but sales ability matters most .

Successful candidates may come from insurance sales, automotive sales, mortgage lending, real estate, B2B sales, retail sales leadership, business development, or other performance-based sales environments.

We're looking for someone who is:

Already have a Washington Property & Casualty license? Great.

Not currently licensed? We are willing to consider exceptional sales candidates who can successfully complete Washington insurance licensing requirements before selling insurance.
