Our client is implementing a new global invoicing platform in partnership with Vertex to ensure tax and invoicing compliance across multiple countries. This hybrid Business Analyst, Organizational Change Management, and Project Management role will lead requirements gathering, change communications, stakeholder coordination, testing oversight, and integration tracking between internal teams and Vertex. The ideal professional brings a strong finance background in AP/AR invoicing, understands multi-region tax requirements, and communicates effectively with executive stakeholders while driving complex implementation workstreams to completion.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document country and region specific invoicing requirements.
• Translate invoicing and tax needs into technical specifications for Vertex.
• Communicate platform changes and impacts to customers with clear guidance.
• Explain how to access and interpret information on invoices.
• Articulate differences between the new platform and prior invoicing processes.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate meetings between internal teams and Vertex.
• Track technical integration progress and dependencies.
• Oversee testing activities to ensure quality and readiness.
• Ensure milestones for system integration are met.

Experience Requirements:

• Finance background with knowledge of AP and AR invoicing.
• Understanding of global tax and invoicing laws across regions.
• Proven ability to balance BA, OCM, and PM responsibilities in complex programs.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive level presence.
• Strong organizational skills and project tracking capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable work items.
• Preferred: Experience with Vertex software platform.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
• Preferred: Prior implementation or integration project experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
