Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties
- Take attendance daily, making sure that production lines are fully staffed.
- Help back fill missing staff if required by Supervisors
- Recruit and hire staff that meet client requirements
- Help ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed and explained
- Communicate daily with Corporate office
- Provide excellent Customer Service to Clients and employees.
- Use Software tools such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Skills
- proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Administrative experience is preferred
- Customer support skills are beneficial
- Familiarity with file management systems
- Knowledge of office management procedures
