Financial Planning & Analyst Lead -Westford, MA

What You Will Do Manage all aspects of program‑level bookings, sales, profit, and cash forecasting, including data validation and reporting. Own all internal financial planning & analysis deliverables. Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement forecasts and conduct variance analysis. Coordinate with accounting on monthly and quarterly accrual timing. Meet critical deadlines and develop efficiencies through process improvements. Required Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in defense or aerospace industry, including development and support to AOP and LRP coordination. Familiarity with budgets and rates organization; experience in FP&A and FPRP development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Ability to multi‑task and support a dynamic team environment. Experience with aerospace/defense programs and in an FP&A role within the defense industry.
