Overview This role is part of the Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSQ) Finance team within the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems division, supporting the PATRIOT Radar Integrated Product Team. As a Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst (P3), you will lead financial planning, analysis, and execution for the program, managing a team of analysts and ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements. Responsibilities Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product-level cost elements, defining and explaining monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions. Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Support preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in developing basis-of-estimate rationales. Conduct risk and opportunity valuation and assess impact on contract profitability. Support material forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP). Ensure alignment of assumptions between Program Office, FP&A Finance, OSQ Function, and Factory (FOMs) to drive performance. Develop analysis to support OSQ Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly reviews (PER/MBR/S&O P/S&O OE). Respond to ad-hoc requests. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience. Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong Excel skills, experience in operations finance or factory/manufacturing finance. Ability to analyze and interpret financial information to support business portfolio decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self‑starter with a positive attitude, willing to take on challenges. Benefits Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
