Hiring General Labors – Construction Trailer Refurbishment

• Trailer Restoration — Refurbish construction trailers from the ground up, preparing them for their next job site
• Hands‑On Construction Tasks — Install flooring, repair drywall, replace siding, apply caulking, and set windows
• Shop Upkeep — Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Tool & Equipment Care — Use and maintain hand tools and power tools responsibly

• Tool Proficiency — Comfortable with hand tools and power tools (or eager to learn)
• Experience in labor, construction, or similar physical work
• Physical Capability — Able to lift 20–40 lbs regularly
• Adaptability — Willing to jump into different tasks depending on daily needs

• Shop team of ~25 people, organized into groups of 5 with a dedicated lead
• Temperature varies with the weather—this is real shop work
• Shifts vary by department (Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday)
• Required attire: steel‑toe footwear, jeans without holes, and an appropriate shirt
• Culture built on teamwork, accountability, and getting trailers turned around efficiently

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
