Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Pasadena Pay: $27- $32/hour, based on experience Schedule: Fully Onsite Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview: A well-established organization in Pasadena is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will support payroll operations for approximately 300-400 employees and work closely with internal payroll colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with payroll taxes and hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for 300-400 employees on a regular schedule
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for payroll processing, reporting, and audits
• Review and reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Partner closely with payroll team members and HR to maintain accurate employee records
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and month-end close processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
