We are well-capitalized and positioned for long-term success.What you'll doLiaise with our customers: Act as the primary point of contact for individuals, families, and corporate clients navigating the U.S. immigration process. Address inquiries about visa categories, green cards, naturalization, form requirements, and supporting evidence via chat, email, and phone using our communication platform (Intercom) and internal tools.Guide application preparation: Guide clients step-by-step through gathering, verifying, and organizing complete document packages for filings with federal agencies, including USCIS, NVC, and the Department of State.Follow and maintain guidelines: Execute standardized workflows for preparing petitions and applications, ensuring strict compliance with current U.S. immigration policies.
