Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, answer service calls, and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Assess vehicle concerns through customer conversations and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, service recommendations, and estimates in ADP.
• Clearly explain recommended services, pricing, timelines, and multi-point inspection findings.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional service needs.
• Partner with technicians to coordinate repairs, clarify findings, and keep work moving efficiently.
• Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
• Process payments and support a seamless Sales-to-Service customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication Typing ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Mathematics calculating service costs and counting change. Basic computer skills Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
