Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics
Located in San Bernardino County, this 200-bed, non-profit community hospital serves a community of nearly 500,000. Our outpatient therapy staff takes pride in mentoring one another while at work and enjoys doing life together outside of work. We are seeking an experienced therapist who is passionate about serving a large, underserved community and has a heart for patient-centered care, as well as a desire to contribute to the development of the pediatrics program at this community hospital. Compensation:
Competitive base salary based on experience
+ $5,000 Relocation assistance
+ 4.5 weeks PTO
+ 403b Retirement with Employer Match
+ Full Coverage Insurance (MDV)
- 7-9 patients per day
- 1-on-1 treatments
- 60-minute sessions
- 1-hour blocked out for documentation
- 60% developmental delays
- Infants through Teens, primarily 3-7yrs old
- Opportunity to cross-train into acute care
- Monday - Friday
- 4 10s or 5 8s
- No weekend coverage
- Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist or in the process of obtaining licensure
- Outpatient pediatric experience is preferred
- New graduate Occupational Therapists with Pediatric Fieldwork are welcome to apply
