This position serves the main customer service and administrative needs for a new program of the Wisconsin Child Welfare Professional Development System (WCWPDS) at UWM. WCWPDS provides professional development to child welfare staff in Milwaukee; foster, adoptive and congregate care staff statewide; and home visitors statewide. Beginning in 2026, WCWPDS will also oversee a significant portion of training and development for childcare and early education professionals statewide.

This position performs a range of administrative duties associated with planning, preparing, documenting and communicating program professional development offerings, conferences, and related meetings, predominately related to childcare and early education professionals. This is a full time university staff position.

Compensation: $21 - $22 Hourly

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience with office operations
• At least 2 years of experience using events planning, registration or similar software (LMS platform experience a plus).
• At least 2 years experience providing customer service in fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using and/or administering a Cornerstone OnDemand LMS system or equivalent LMS system
• Experience communicating with a variety of professionals orally and in writing
