In this critical role, you'll help drive our next phase of growth by supporting strategic decision-making and leading key financial and operational initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance in a fast-moving, mission-driven company.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising effortsSupport the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, especially across GTM and OperationsPartner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across areas such as business expansion, pricing and packaging and capital efficiencyDrive financial discipline across the organization, ensuring accuracy in all financial data and operationsTrack and optimize key operating metrics including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economicsWhat You’ll Need4 - 6 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital or strategic finance at a high-growth startupExceptional work ethic and bias toward actionRelentless attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProactive mindset with strong business judgmentDirect communication style with ability to drive results through influenceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hoursSalary Range Details:Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with a highly competitive equity package.
