Monzo is seeking a People Operations Associate to join our team for 12 months to provide caregiver cover during a period of leave. You’ll support core People processes and help ensure data accuracy as we roll out an HRIS implementation. Based remotely, you’ll work with our People Operations team to design scalable workflows, audit data, and respond to internal queries, enabling a smooth employee experience across multiple EU countries and beyond. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monzo
