Centre for Effective Altruism is seeking an HR Associate to run the systems and operational side of People Operations for a distributed, international staff. You’ll own onboarding, contracts, expenses, payroll inputs, tax filings, and HR systems, with opportunities to modernize processes through automation and AI. You’ll report to the HR Manager and help shape how we support staff across jurisdictions, including building an internal HR dashboard and compliance calendar to streamline workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Centre for Effective Altruism
