Global People Ops Director: Scale HR, AI & Compliance

Chainguard seeks a Director of People Operations to scale HR operations as we expand internationally. You’ll own core lifecycle processes—onboarding, offboarding, compliance training, and job changes—while leading the People Operations team and ensuring cross‑functional alignment with Finance and Legal. You’ll drive global expansion efforts, from UK and Canada to Germany and beyond, establishing compliant processes in each country and partnering with an Employer of Record to support remote staff #J-18808-Ljbffr Chainguard
