Re:work is partnering with one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI companies in the world to build its new in-house GTM Talent Acquisition team in North America. We're hiring Senior GTM Talent Partners: specialist sales recruiters who will own hiring for sales, revenue and go-to-market teams, working remotely from anywhere in the US. The company They build agentic AI for enterprise knowledge work. Thousands of organizations use it every day, including many of the largest brands in the US. The US is now their biggest and fastest-growing market. Revenue has more than doubled this year, headcount has grown several times over, and top-tier investors back them at a multi-billion-dollar valuation. The team you'd be joining You'd be one of the first FTE members of a new North American GTM Talent team, led by a senior global GTM Talent leader based in New York. The first hires will shape how the team works, from how searches are run to how interviewers are calibrated and which tools the team uses. There's a lot to set up, and your scope will grow with the team. What you'll do Own hiring for one or more revenue teams, from BDRs and AEs through to sales leadership, solutions and marketing. Partner with sales leaders on the hiring plan: which roles to open first, how teams should be structured and levelled, and where to hire as the business expands across North America. Bring market knowledge into those conversations: where the best sellers are, what they're paid, how OTE and equity compare, and what it takes to get them to move. Push back when a brief, a level or a timeline isn't right, and use pipeline data to back it up. Help build the team itself: set interview standards, calibrate hiring managers, run referral drives with the sales org, and help hire the recruiters who join after you. Who we're looking for You're a senior GTM recruiter who has spent most of your career hiring sales talent, from AEs to sales leaders, at high-bar tech companies, ideally through a hypergrowth phase. You know the US enterprise GTM market well, and sales leaders trust your judgment. You work well remotely, keep momentum across time zones, and are happy to travel to spend time with the leaders you hire for.
