Commercial Litigation Paralegal Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a team focused on business and individual clients with a variety of needs. Required Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department setting. Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, interrogatories, and other litigation documents. Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills. Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple active matters, track deadlines, take ownership of work product, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with, or demonstrated aptitude for, AI-powered legal technology tools, with sound judgment about when and how to use them responsibly.
