Insurance Sales Representative

Are you a target-driven closer, ready to turn high-quality leads into a great commission opportunity? At Ben Goode's State Farm Agency, we are looking for a high-energy sales professional. In this role, you won't be cold calling all day, you will aggressively work a robust pipeline of high-intent prospects, using your closing skills to bundle comprehensive P&C and Life & Health protection packages.

Your Impact (Responsibilities)

• Lead Conversion: High-volume prospecting through prime internal and external channels, including premium internet leads, live transfers, and warm in-book cross-sell opportunities.
• Consistent Follow-Up: Execute sharp, strategic follow-up sequences to keep your pipeline full and maximize every closing opportunity.
• Multi-Line Mastery: Conduct deep-dive protection reviews to identify hidden risks, seamlessly bundling Property & Casualty with Life & Health solutions.
• Hit Your Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed your monthly agency sales targets, individual production goals, and performance metrics.
• Pipeline Organization: Maintain real-time documentation of your prospects and pipeline stages using our CRM software.

What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)

• Credentials: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required to start. You must commit to secure your Life & Health License within your first 90 days.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required; bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Sales DNA: A proven track record of success in tele-sales, new account acquisition, or a high-volume retail sales environment.
• Closing Confidence: Exceptional communication skills with the resilience to overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Grit & Hustle: A proactive, self-motivated salesperson who is energized by a performance-driven culture.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
