All applicants must be able to work either Sunday - Thursday, 2 PM - 6 PM; or Tuesday - Saturday, 2 PM - 6 PM. This job involves coordinating warehouse inspections, equipment preparation, distribution, customer account management, and shipping/receiving duties. It includes maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient material handling.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Coordinating inspection, preparation, and distribution of customer equipment, including initial assessments and inventory organizationOverseeing the shipment process, packing items, and handling the loading and unloading of delivery vehiclesPerforming regular inventory counts, documenting discrepancies, and maintaining accurate stock recordsEntering data related to customer premises equipment (CPE) and stock into designated databases and systemsProviding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and issuesAssisting with inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking of materials and equipmentCollaborating with field personnel to ensure timely issuance and return of equipment and materialsSupporting the maintenance of warehouse organization and safety standards to facilitate efficient operationsRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
