Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of all body shop employees. Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the body shop. Monitor progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed. Maintain high‑quality service repairs and minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership guidelines. Requirements Must have experience as a body shop manager. Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multitask.
