Warehouse Cleanup & Forklift Operator

12-Hour Shifts | Forklift Experience Required

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help keep our facility clean, organized, and running efficiently. This is an active position for someone who likes to stay moving, work independently, and get things done without needing constant supervision.

What You'll Do

• Operate a cardboard compactor
• Sort and separate recyclable and waste materials, primarily wood, cardboard, and plastic
• Break down pallets and properly dispose of materials
• Use a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with general cleanup and material handling as needed
• Work independently while staying on task throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift experience required
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to perform physical, hands-on work throughout a 12-hour shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and keeping work areas organized
• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

The Environment

This is an active, physical position with approximately 75% of the work performed outdoors and 25% under a covered area or indoors. If you prefer a job where you're moving around, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
