End Date/Duration: Permanent Position

Shift: 24-hour shifts (Level III units), 10- or 12-hour day shifts, 12- or 16-hour night shifts (Level IV units)

Hours/Week: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent

License/Certs: NNP Board Certified (must have), 2+ years' experience required

Experience: Minimum 2 years as NNP, no new graduates or locums

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for high-acuity patients in a Level III/IV NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform assessments, interventions, and ongoing management of neonates with complex medical conditions
• Support and educate families of neonatal patients
• Participate in shift rotations across multiple hospital locations within the healthcare system
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards of care

What You Need

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (not accepting new grads)
• Valid Florida license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills in NICU settings

• Experience in high-acuity Level III/IV NICU environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and family support skills
