With over 120 offices in 40 countries worldwide, our unique shareholder management model enables you to benefit from Global implementation experience and expertise across all industry sectors, coupled with vital in-country knowledge and service at the local level.Key Accountabilities Include:Keep stations operating efficiently by providing timely support and providing feedback to avoid issuesSupport 2500 end users and customers and the applications they useProvide SOPs to Service Desk personnel to prevent escalation of issues to the application support teamRemote into computers to validate what users/customers see and supply solutions to resolve their issues.Deploy new software/assist Service Desk where needed.Configure/tune/manage email security system to ensure secure and timely delivery of O365 emailsAct as a junior business analyst in regard to troubleshooting issues from a business perspectiveProvide advanced O365 support and identity management supportParticipate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.Other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve goals on time.Ability to work independently with general guidance.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects in coordinating work of others.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation & Experience:Associate degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience in an IT service desk environment1+ years handling support issuesO365 support experienceSpecialist Certifications:Cargowise knowledge is preferredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $58,900 - $84,150 USD per year.
