Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetic treatments, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Experience with management systems such as Millennium and MINDBODY, as well as social media management, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, promoting retail products, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety.

 
Duties

• Skin care consultation & personal treatments 
• Conduct thorough skin care consultation to understand client concerns and goals Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and micro needling treatment with precision and expertise. 
• Tailor treatments to match client needs and chosen packages or membership for maximum treatment plan satisfaction . 
• Collaborate with team members , contribute to sales goals , and upload Serotonin's standards of excellence in client experience and safety. 
• Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and upselling retail items to meet their needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations. 
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the community. 
• Assist with front desk duties including managing appointments, answering inquiries, and supporting overall operations. 
• Proficiency in Zenoti and general business platforms.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetician roles with knowledge of various skincare treatments 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build lasting client relationships. 
• Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes. 
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. 
• Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities. 
• Background in hospitality or guest services is a plus for creating a welcoming atmosphere. 
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
