General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range of $65,000 $75,000, depending on experience

General Manager Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience
• Proven success leading and developing management teams
• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Hamburger University Graduate
