Location: Nags Head, NC
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
Shift: Nights
Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Length: 12 hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week night-shift assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have solid long-term care experience, strong clinical skills, and a proven record of quality patient care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurately document patient care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Work effectively and independently during night shifts.

• Current and active LPN license required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently on night shifts.
• Positive feedback and professional references from previous assignments preferred.
• Must be available to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Availability must be confirmed prior to submission.
