Location: Nags Head, NC
Facility: Peak Resources Outer Banks
Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week

Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing facility in Nags Head, NC. The LPN will provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
Assist with daily living activities and patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care

Requirements:

Active LPN license in North Carolina
BLS certification required
Experience in LTC or skilled nursing preferred

Additional Details:

13-week contract
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Staffing provided by Prime Time Healthcare
