running—because our people make it great.What You’ll Do:Project Leadership & ExecutionLead multiple or large, complex cold storage construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOwn project outcomes including profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfactionDevelop and manage project scopes, budgets, GMPs, and master schedulesOversee critical path scheduling, phasing, and sequencing strategiesDirect subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract executionEnsure field teams have complete and accurate project information to execute successfullyLead project closeout, commissioning, and final deliveryPreconstruction & Strategic PlanningLead design-phase reviews to ensure alignment with scope, budget, constructability, and risk mitigationPartner with owners, architects, and engineers to drive planning and decision-makingSupport contract negotiation and ensure compliance with all contractual requirementsIdentify risks early and implement proactive solutionsFinancial & Risk ManagementProvide full financial oversight including forecasting, cost control, and profitabilityReview and approve pay applications, change orders, and cost-to-complete projectionsIdentify financial risks and opportunities and take corrective actionEnsure accurate and timely reporting across all project financialsRelationship & Team LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact for owners and design teamsBuild strong, lasting relationships that lead to repeat businessPartner closely with Superintendents to align field and office executionLead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholdersCoach and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project EngineersChange ManagementLead negotiation and execution of subcontractor and owner change ordersEnsure scope clarity, pricing accuracy, and proper approvalsEnforce contract requirements and maintain accurate project recordsWhat We’re Looking For:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)8–10+ years of experience managing complex commercial and/or industrial construction projectsProven success delivering projects $15M–$50M+ (or managing multiple projects)Advanced knowledge of scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction systemsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage risk, solve complex problems, and lead high-performing teamsWillingness and ability to travel as neededValid driver’s license is requiredPreferred:Previous Cold Storage or MEP Project Management ExperienceExperience with CMiC, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong technical and financial acumen across all phases of constructionPhysical Requirements:Ability to navigate active construction sites and office environmentsClimb stairs or ladders as neededWork in varying weather and site conditionsAbility to work at a computer for extended
