Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and devise individualized strategies to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement Engaging Interventions: Use proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' physical skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in understanding therapy practices to facilitate ongoing recovery at home.
• Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient development and modify therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouraged continuing education or additional certifications to excel in the field.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
