Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate. Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner. Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers. Use Dealer Management System (DMS) and other essential software to look up customer service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage data.
