Experienced CNC Machinists Wanted!

We’re hiring CNC Machinists to join a busy precision manufacturing team producing parts for the aerospace and defense industries.

If you have hands-on experience setting up and/or operating CNC mills or lathes , we want to hear from you. You do not need experience with every machine or brand listed below to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

• Machine precision parts to required specifications

• Load tools, adjust offsets, and set up workholding

• Read setup sheets, work instructions, and machining programs

• Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions

• Make basic machine adjustments to keep parts within tolerance

• Identify issues such as tool wear, dimensions, or surface finish

• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Work with your team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on CNC machining experience

• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers

• CNC setup experience, including tooling, offsets, or workholding

• Ability to follow machining instructions and specifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Experience With Any of These Is a Plus

• Matsuura

• Horizontal machining centers

• Vertical CNC mills

• CNC lathes

• Aerospace or defense machining

• Close-tolerance or precision parts

• Different metals and aerospace materials

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Approximately 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Approximately 2:15 PM or 3:15 PM start, depending on production needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
