Aquent is seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst to join a leading global retail company renowned for its dynamic in-store experience and commitment to customer engagement. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence customer satisfaction and business performance by ensuring accurate and timely pricing for promotions, markdowns, and clearance events across a fast-paced retail environment. About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support the execution of in-store pricing strategies. This individual contributor role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely pricing across promotions, markdowns, and clearance events. You'll partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, store operations, and field teams to deliver a seamless pricing experience that supports both customer engagement and business performance.

What You'll Do

• Execute and maintain pricing for promotions, markdowns, and clearance items across stores
• Review and proof pricing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support pricing audits and partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with established controls
• Build and maintain pricing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate pricing for key in-store events
• Assist in reporting and analysis to support pricing and markdown strategies
• Communicate pricing direction clearly to internal stakeholders and field teams

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, pricing, or operations
• Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing or validating high-volume data
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially in written formats
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of retail pricing, promotions, or financial impact of markdowns

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting audits or compliance processes
• Exposure to merchandise planning or inventory systems
• Familiarity with pricing analytics or reporting tools
• Experience in high-volume retail environments with frequent pricing changes
