Transportation Analyst

Avanciers is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Analyst to support transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations. The role involves analyzing transportation routes, optimizing cost-effective shipping methods, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Job Title: Transportation Analyst/ Logistics Analyst Location: Medley, FL (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote) Duration: 12-Month Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours/Week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Transportation Analyst to support warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining accurate ERP records, supporting import/export activities, managing supplier communications, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound warehousing and transportation activities. Maintain accurate inventory and logistics data within SAP/ERP systems. Process and monitor import/export documentation and shipment activities. Communicate daily with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers. Support warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and dispatch. Perform inventory control activities, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations. Analyze logistics data and prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel. Monitor logistics performance, including warehouse processing, carrier performance, and import/export documentation. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and logistics initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or project execution. OR Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Incoterms , import/export processes, and supply chain operations. Experience with customer service/customer success and project execution. Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Advanced proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Advanced Filters , and report creation. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
