Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Flat-rate per on-call shift ($5,000$5,500), holiday shifts ($7,500$8,250)

What You'll Do

• Provide full scope OB/GYN care, including deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries
• Cover OB/GYN ED on a 24-hour call basis (no clinic or office hours)
• Respond within 20 minutes for urgent cases during call shifts
• Collaborate with support staff, including dedicated medical assistants and practice management
• Maintain documentation using Cerner EMR system
• Manage approximately 16-20 patients per day, with about 40 deliveries per month
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for obstetrical and gynecological practices

What You Need

• Active California Medical License with OB/GYN certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of OB/GYN practice experience
• Comfortable performing deliveries and gynecological surgeries
• Ability to provide timely response during on-call shifts
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR preferred
