Maintenance Supervisor – Ashton on Main | Nicholasville, KY Brookside is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Ashton on Main in Nicholasville, KY. If you have multifamily maintenance experience, strong HVAC skills, and the ability to lead a maintenance team, we want to hear from you. What We Offer Competitive pay Monthly and quarterly bonuses 120–160 hours of PTO based on tenure Paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Maintenance Supervisor Requirements 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience EPA Type II or Universal Certification required Strong HVAC experience High school diploma or GED Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance Leadership experience or ability to lead a maintenance team Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks What You'll Do Lead and oversee the property's maintenance team Complete work orders, repairs, and apartment make-readies Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems Coordinate vendors and outside contractors Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance records Help manage the maintenance budget Ensure the property meets safety and maintenance standards Provide responsive, professional service to residents Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards Why Brookside?
